Objectives: (i) To evaluate the work capacity of the senior population by activity sector; (ii) to obtain reference values of the Capacity for Work Index (CWI) for the active population regarding Gender, Age and Activity sector; (iii) to adapt the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) to the Portuguese context;  (iv) to obtain the COPSOQ reference values for the active population regarding Gender and Activity sector.
